Jim is cocky, smug and in the past almost selfish aswell. What he's done in the past before him and Pam got together was completely messed up and people always over look it, because it's "amazing Jim" sorry, his attitude puts me off too much. Jim is completely over rated. So if I'm going to pick between the two evils, I pick Ryan.

Actually if I'm being technical, neither of these guys are hot to me. Rainn/Dwight is the sexiest beast known to man. ;)

Jim is goofy looking, and Ryan is really the best looking guy on the whole show. (even though I,ve got a thing for Dwight)
