To be thêm precice i think it has something to do with the one where they go on a cruze and Fran And Mr. Sheifield both fall over board. I myself have alwasys kinda wondered how i missed all of that one

well they are sorta in a relationship in seson 3 but they go out in season 4 and proposes in season 5 how cute!!
