I honestly think yes. I think Effie, deep down, hates her escort job, hates sending kids into the arena, only to watch them die. Haymitch doesn't usually care, but I think them trying to keep Katniss and Peeta alive would bring them together. So, yes :D

Least they would see how much they r alike. Sure he's messed up a little from the arena but like Joanna mason đã đưa ý kiến we all got a little messed up in the arena.effie would understand that she's seen it happen to children in the arena many times. So I vote yes
