Hey! It's me again! This is my một giây review, as I am going to review each movie in the Revival Era. The first was The Princess and the Frog and now I'm reviewing Tangled!. This movie is actually pretty popular, but anyways here we go:

First Impression

When I first saw the xem trước for Tangled, I wasn't particular excited, but I also didn't get that into Disney until my teenage years, which was a few years later. However, I was genuinely surprised of how much I enjoyed it. I thought it was a great movie, and I still find myself watching over and over again.

I still cry when Eugene dies....but what can bạn do?

Characters

I think the character was Eugene, but I did like all the other characters. My main problem is that Rapunzel did seem a little Mary Sue-ish. She failed to have any flaws, yet she was still very relatable for me. I just wish she had thêm flaws.

I thought Mother Gothel was one of the better villains of this era. She was deceiving, however she was the typical Disney Villain- hoặc at least before the Revival Era she was

Again, I loved Eugene and his flaws and I liked him better than Rapunzel.

Plot

The plot was pretty creative, and I liked the version of Rapunzel, and I thought this and Zootopia were the best paced films in the Revival Era, as I feel like the rest pace too fast hoặc too slow. I know, I'm a huge critic when it comes to these kind of things, but I just picky about pacing lol.

The tổng thể plot was good, I thought Mother Gothel was a good villain and Rapunzel developed a lot.

Music

The âm nhạc is so underrated! It's one of my yêu thích Disney soundtracks, although all of the Revival Era soundtracks crack the hàng đầu, đầu trang ten. I especially loved "I See the Light" and "When Will My Life Begin?" But the rest are so perfect! Why does this soundtrack not get enough attention?

This and TPAF are my yêu thích Disney soundtracks! I am so sorry, I am OBSESSED with Disney songs.

Overall Message

Call me stupid, but I actually had to think about the moral of the story, which is "don't be afraid to live your dreams". I think it is kind of a lesson that is presented a lot in Disney movies, but nevertheless, it was presented really well. Why?

Originally, Rapunzel was afraid to leave her tower, and live her dream, but with the help of Eugene, she learned to live herdream, and I really tình yêu how this part was presented.

Critical reviews

I've seen many people call it "underrated" because it isn't as được ưa chuộng as Frozen, and others call it "overrated". However, I think it gets the exact amount of praise it deserves. Do I like it over Frozen? For the most part yes, but saying it's underrated in comparison to Nữ hoàng băng giá is ridiculous, as Nữ hoàng băng giá is a pretty overrated movie, although I do like Nữ hoàng băng giá (the review of this movie will be written later).

So I think the movie is perfectly praised and gets the amount it deserves

However, I am getting tired of every da** new princess getting accused of being a Rapunzel ripoff,

Connections

Realistically, Rapunzel is every extroverted teenage girl, and she is a great representation of girls who are abused. That's basically all I have to say. Rapunzel is pretty relatable.

What I would have done differently

I think I would have được trao Fapunzel a little thêm flaws, and I would have put in a little thêm about Eugene's back story, I feel like we didn't get to know him as much as we should have. He did briefly talk about growing up in an orphanage, but what else? Did he know his parents? We know he got his name from a story he used to tell, but is this story the reason he wanted to be a thief as well?

I think that's really all I'd change.

Overall Opinion

I really, really, really tình yêu Tangled. In fact, it's my một giây yêu thích movie of the Revival Era. I loved Rapunzel, I thought Gothel was a really good villain, and overall, one of the best Disney phim chiếu rạp ever!

So thanks for reading, tiếp theo is Wreck it Ralph.
