"THE COUNT OF MONTE CRISTO" (1934) Review

I have seen only two versions of Alexandre Dumas père's 1845 novel, "The Count of Monte Cristo" in my past - the 1975 ti vi version with Richard Chamberlain and the 2002 Disney film with James Cavielzel. While đọc a good number of các bài viết about the movie versions of the novel, I came across numerous praises for the 1934 adaptation that starred Robert Donat. And since I happened to like Dumas' story so much, I decided to see how much I would like this older version.

"THE COUNT OF MONTE CRISTO" (2002) Review

Let me make something clear . . . I have never read the literary version of "THE COUNT OF MONTE CRISTO", written bởi Alexandre Dumas. I have seen three movie versions – including this latest one starring James Caviezel. But I have never read the novel. So, for me to compare the literary version to this movie would be irrelevant.
