I think its not his fault that he doesn't know about the modern technology, I mean hes a man from the past. Its realistic that he doesn't know all this new fancy tech or phrases and sayings. But I'm sure later on after learning more about this new world he was forced into, he can be about on a average scale, everyone has their faults and Caps is him being a bit ignorant in today's modern world.

Hes a really great super hero, and my absolute favorite.
