he's good.
seriously, he does everything he can for Sam & Dean. sometimes i think Sam & Dean actually doesn't thank him enough for his efforts.
he wasn't the best person in the beginning but he became better. yes, he made a mistake but he regrets it.

I dnt think he is bad..........He is an Angel so he has his own duties.......He cnt alwayzzzzzzz help Dean and Sam..........

no..he is not bad..inorder to defeat rapheal he has taken steps tat may hav left dean and sam a little behind..but tat dosent prove him bad!!!

I think he is Good. The only reason he did anything bad was he thought he was doing the right thing, and its not like he's had alot of practice making his own decisions before he met the boys so yeah he is bound to mess up... trying to be good
