Stranger Things: David Harbour jokes about 'bittersweet season 2 spoiler' 

As police chief Jim Hopper on Netflix’s nostalgic sci-fi series 

actor David Harbour plays it gritty and grisly. However, Harbour’s Instagram is quite the contrary, filled with goofy gaffes and playful asides, like Tuesday’s joke about Winona Ryder’s Joyce Byers being recast.

“Bittersweet season 2 spoiler. Joyce has been recast for season 2,” Harbour wrote of a photo showing him holding an adorable dog.

Not to worry, Harbour was just joking, as Ryder is returning for

alongside most of their costars (Barb not included).

Sadly, we all have to wait until Halloween for the return of the series, but the creators have been teasing us with enticing little tidbits, from the new season’s episode/chapter titles to some exclusive on-set photos. We can’t wait to find out what exactly a Pollywog is.
