xin chào Guys just here to tell bạn that it's not your fault and bạn can do something about it, I know that it can be hard to speak out and that sometimes there is a large pool of hurt but there is people that bạn can turn to for help.

There is a common misconception that there is nothing that bạn can do... bạn can and don't let anything tell bạn otherwise.

I know what it is like and I know how bad it feels, please, please, please no matter what he/she has done to bạn talk to someone that bạn know well and can trust, becasue if bạn just leave it to bottle up on the insde, because it is not worth the pain and the tim, trái tim ache that follows.

try to talk to your counciler if bạn have one because they can help bạn throuth it too.
