Nhím Sonic Article: The Dark Sonic Theory of Transformation

Many people wonder about Dark Sonic, and exactly how he transforms into what he is. There are three ways Sonic could become his dark self, and they are explored here.

Theory One: The only "canon" time that Dark Sonic was seen was in the anime Sonic X. Now, we all agree that he transformed because he saw Chris and Cosmo suffer. But remember, they were two people. Another element that could have assisted in the transformation: the thousands of fake Chaos Emeralds around Sonic that he had encountered. Their massive-yet-finite energy could have helped to destabilize Sonic, allowing his intense rush of anger to push him over the edge.

Theory Two: (those who dislike Sonamy, please don't flame this). It is generally agreed, although with some dispute, that Sonic really does tình yêu Amy Rose, but he just doesn't have the courage to admit his love. It is reasonable to assume that Amy's death, especially at the hands of Eggman, would trigger the dark transformation. If Sonic was wielding the Chaos Emeralds during such an event, he might absorb their negative energy and be an even thêm powerful Dark Sonic!

Theory Three: Now, this theory is a bit of a long shot. It is (possibly?) possible that something really, really enraging, like a kiss from Eggman, might enrage hoặc gross Sonic out enough that he would transform.

I agree, despite my like of seperate Sonic coupling with a friend of mine rather than the other Sonic matches people come up with, that Sonic does have a patch for Amy somewhere down there. And yes, should she perish, he'd be overcome with grief and rage that could trigger the transformation. "But could the transformation also be triggered if, say, Dark Gaia arrived again, only in this stage it's actually schedualed to wake up at full power? Remember, unlike Eggman rudely awakening Dark Gaia in a premature state, should Dark Gaia be revived at it's natural stage it could mean different powers or strengths not mentioned in the game." Uncle-Chairman Theory One: This is the most plausible theory to me. If there's one thing that Sonic might like more than chili dogs and his freedom, it's his friends. Coupled with the negative Chaos energy, watching his friends suffer would probably be enough to trigger the transformation. Theory Two: It is not generally agreed that Sonic hides feelings for Amy; this is a theory mostly proposed by Sonamy fans wearing shipping goggles. What cannot be denied, however, is that Sonic views Amy as a close friend, even if he does not reciprocate her feelings, and so this theory goes hand-in-hand with the first one. Theory Three: Once again, "something really enraging" mostly goes hand-in-hand with the first theory; a massive surge of negative emotions from a traumatic event causes the transformation.

Reasons I don't support Shadria......-shadowknuxgirl

1.Maria died 50 years ago(the reason I still support Taismo is cuz there is a chance she still might be alive, anyways, back to Shadria)
2. SHE'S A HUMAN. And I dont like the "Elise-effect"(wich is hedgehog+human)
3.Maria is not reincarnated. And if she was, SHE WOULDN'T BE REINCARNATED AS A HEDGEHOG!!!!!!!!!!!! (I'm so sick of people making Maria a hedgehog T_T)
4.Maria is Gerald's niece. Gerald created Shadow. That makes Shadow and Maria COUSINS!!!!!
5. If Maria did come back, that would technically "kill" the Shadow we all know and love! He wouldn't want revenge anymore, hoặc be dark and mysterious like we're all used too.
