It may sound silly, but the worst thing that could happen - is that bạn forget to breathe! Which could result in fainting. bạn can NOT die from anxiety (comforting to know).
If bạn find your tim, trái tim beating like that again, try focusing on your breathing, try to breathe thêm slowly and deeply.
Always a good idea to speak with your doctor about such things.
