i'm the same way when it comes to a big crowd, but once bạn start hát its like no one is there and bạn are hát your tim, trái tim out and when bạn finish its like, WHOA I CAN'T BELIEVE I JUST DID THAT!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
I was like that 2,i just started hát a little bit around people at work and sometimes they would complement me on my hát and sometimes they would tham gia in and sing with me if it was a song they knew.you just have to break yourself in slowly, singing a little bit here and a little bit there.
I hate hát in front of people to, but my Lời khuyên Is to just force yourself to do it. Do whatever bạn have to and just focus on the reward and praise at the end... but don't forget the lyrics!
Trust me, it starts out like that. When I used to perform solos as a kid, the first time I ever did it was the most nerve wracking experience ever. On auditioning ngày i was shaking like crazy, but that was because I was alone in a room of all men. But when bạn are in front of a huge croud like in an auditorium, as soon as bạn start, bạn start and the whole experience feels blurry. bạn don't remember a thing until bạn are done, then bạn are just like "DID I REALLY JUST DO THAT?". It's what happened to me. I actually got to carried away shivering back stage that the MC had to call me after she announced my name again.
My main advice, don't tell yourself don't be nervous. It's actually scientifically proven that when bạn tell yourself don't be nervous bạn become thêm nervous. Just take a deep breath and say "if bạn are nervous, that's fine, everyone get's nervous" I swear it works!
I don’t tell anyone I’m nervous. I let my mind go blank as I walk out. I don’t allow myself to think it nor feel it hoặc anything hoặc else I get super nervous. Then I’m a lot less nervous. Lol. I can’t get rid of it completely even though my job is public speaking and I’m never nervous there.
