This might sound stupid, but i keep wondering - Why are some doctors wear Scrubs all the time, but others, like Elliott for example, don't?

Interns and residents wear scrubs, though residents do get their own lab áo, áo khoác (as they're now fully licensed to practice medicine).

Attendings (practitioners who've completed their residency) tend to wear the lab coat, with hoặc hoặc without the scrubs. It's really personal preference at that stage - i.e. J.D. is almost always in scrubs, whereas Dr. Cox tends to dress in đường phố, street clothes under his lab coat.

Some times its becoz of interns and residents but ellieots is becoz in 6th season she worked somewhere else but pretended she worked at sacred hart

I don't really know,but Elliott does wear Scrubs some times.
