As far as I'm aware I don't ever remember seeing this. I think someone made it themselves.

It's not from an episode. Someone photoshopped it. It's actually taken from a scene in the Sailor Moon S: Hearts in Ice movie, where Usagi & Mamoru (Serena & Darien) kiss. Uranus and Neptune never Kiss in the manga hoặc the anime. But I like that someone made this picture anyway. ^_^
