There's this book, Fablehaven. It's a series, as well, with over four sách in it. It revolves around Kendra and Seth Sorenson as they go to their grandfather's Estate. They discover a secret magical preserve, which they quickly learn is in danger from the Society of the Evening star, an evil secret society.
