You get your pants pulled down, you just pull them back up and walk away. If you pee on yourself, it stays there. So while walking to where ever you have to go to get a new pair of pants, more people see you and I consider that more embarrassing.

Peeing is not so embarrassing because all the people can not see it clearly.You can just hurry to a shop buy 1 pant and change it and when your pants are pulled down all the people can see their underpants(Underwear). If someone have forgot their underpants,all the people can see the butt!!

If you pee on yourself, you can always make up an epic lie about a ninja spilling his water in your crotch area, if someone pulls your pants down in public, everyone will see and laugh at you.
