it depends if it's a friend or an enemy. if it's an enemy, it depends how they got hurt. if it's serious, i wont laugh. if it's minor and something someone could walk away from, i'll chuckle a little. if it's a friend, well, it depends which friend it is. i'd chuckle a little in a friendly understanding way.

as for the question i don't laugh at a person when they get hurt i try to help them i think people who do laugh are cruel and rude however if the person is laughing then i ask if they are okay and then laugh with them not at them
