Who says the lion has to be hostile? It could be a previously tamed lion! (If it's hostile, then I'll tame it with some raw meat. Simple, right?)
And I don't know if the puppy is housebroken or not, so I'd rather not take the chance of waking up covered in pee.

And I'd rather not take a chance waking up inside a lion's stomach. Giving it raw meat is not going to tame a lion. Lions have to eat A LOT of meat everyday because they are BIG CATS with BIG DIETS! A lion isn't just some little pet cat that you can tame to do what you say. It's a wild animal with the instincts of one that wants to eat and would sooner eat someone's face off before even letting them get close to it.

@Sapling132639: Wouldn't a tamed lion still need its trainer nearby? I'm assuming the trainer wouldn't be with you in the cage with the lion, or I think the poll would've stated it.

Anyways, I would much rather sleep under a tree with a puppy (even an ugly puppy would be better than being in a cage with a lion).

I didn't say anything about a trainer. I put sleep in a cage with a lion, and I meant just a lion.

I don't like cages. :P
