What are your rituals when waking up?

I like to sit for about five phút just to stretch out,if I'm still tired I skip walking at night then go shower, drink two cups of water, prepare breakfast and of course coffee then go back in my room make my bed, get ready for work, eat some trái cây on the way out. then get back after 5-7 hours feeling like SHIT XD

I'm getting sick of wearing masks since I have to constantly change them because I drool like a dog XD braces are annoying.
