How do bạn escape from negativity?
When you're angry hoặc sad/depressed, being harassed hoặc like somebody must've done something hoặc đã đưa ý kiến something to upset bạn in any way hoặc bạn just feel mentally depressed hoặc whatever bad feeling bạn feel, even feeling annoyed hoặc irritated and trying to get a moment of peace hoặc some bạn alone time, what your best way to feel better and help bạn relax? I always like to listen to some soft and calm âm nhạc and just relax. hoặc just any of my kind of âm nhạc hoặc my yêu thích songs depending on my emotions. I like to sit in my room bởi myself when I'm feeling unsecured of people and just don't wanna be around them. And bởi people, I mean family members. I like to look and stare at a picture of a beautiful landscape hoặc outer không gian and I imagine myself in that picture while listening to calm music. That also helps me fall asleep. Just anything for me to escape from all the madness and be in my own little beautiful fantaisie world without any bad stuff going on. So how do bạn escape to your own world? What's your way to help bạn relax and get away from everything?
