What are your own personal thoughts on Simon Cowell and Gordon Ramsay?

As for me here I personally now have a deep, increasing admiration as well as fondness for Simon Cowell and Gordon Ramsay primarily because BOTH Cowell and Ramsay are blunt, frank, candid, and straightforward: They both say EXACTLY what's on their minds, what they're thinking, and how they're feeling as well as don't mess/muck around, don't hold back, get straight to the point, don't sugar-coat their words/statements, and don't beat around the bush.
