But các câu hỏi like these have always rubbed me the wrong way, if I'm being honest.

To elaborate now that I've seen the issue more. I think that his các câu hỏi were all in good spirit. fanpop could use the activity. I think some of his các câu hỏi were a bit nonsensical and he did them very rapid ngọn lửa, chữa cháy so I can see where people would think that they were spammy. But I think they were innocent and good-natured so I don't hold it against him. Plus I have a tendency to do this with số phiếu bầu and video sometimes so I can't really talk. Generally I think that as long as the các câu hỏi are thought out they're okay. And as long as they aren't variations of the same thing like, 'would bạn like to listen to music', 'do bạn want to hear some songs', 'how many songs would bạn like to hear right now'. hoặc like 40 different 'who is prettier' questions.

Not at all. Although he might have went a little bit overboard with these questions. It is fine and all having a variety of content to tham gia in, especially since Random's activity has been appearing to have gotten much thêm stale compared to how it was only a few days ago. The issue that might indicate his activity as Spam is the speed of his posting. I believe he should moderate the amount of các câu hỏi he is asking and also put a little though behind them so thêm Members can tham gia in. Dude it isn't right to call out another user in a câu hỏi like this man. Even if bạn disagree with them. It's a bit like putting xyz user in a ghế, chỗ ngồi to be judged when bạn make these questions. Let's not make this a tradition of putting users on the spots like this when it's subjective, Hell even if a user is disliked bởi a majority.
