So have bạn ever...

To those of bạn who can draw and have your own characters and like to draw those characters, have bạn ever had a character that like bạn KNOW exactly what they look like in your head, but bạn go to draw them and it doesn't work out?? Like it doesn't look like them and it just makes bạn want to run into their universe and kick them in the nuts?

If this doesn't apply to bạn then um...

...have bạn ever wanted to decorate/re-decorate a room in your house (like your own room hoặc like the entire house if bạn life bởi yourself) only to find that nothing at the furniture store matches your aesthetic?
this happened to me when i was designing my room because i have a very particularl aesthetic but that aesthetic is antique and expensive
when i get my own house im filling it up with antiques and antique replicas thats for sure

Well when it comes to my own characters to draw, I never have that problem. But dang. Trying to draw Ratchet from Ratchet and Clank..... like in my head I know [i]exactly[/i] what he looks like, but I always fail when I draw him :v So I kind of gave up on drawing him a while back. Probably cos he's a lombax so I can't really improvise with basic human shapes like I normally would when it comes to drawing characters.
