Can bạn miss someone you've never met?

I believe bạn can yes; even if bạn don't know them hoặc see them, if they've impacted your life in someway bạn can miss a feeling they gave bạn (eg a TV character that can make bạn laugh) and when bạn get the feeling again it can make bạn think of that person.

Hope that makes sense but that's kind of my idea of why I think bạn can miss someone.
