Does anyone know how hoặc where to change the language in the website?

I didn't realise fanpop supported multiple languages.
I think I saw someone else post something similar to this today- saying theirs had been sent to French (I believe this person was also from a French-speaking country).
It seems to be a new update.
I don't see a language button, and nothing is in another language for me.
Is your IP address set to China somehow, perhaps?

I'm searching high and low on a way to change the language but I can't find anything
