Stopping eating will only make it worse. You'll lose your muscle, not the fat. If bạn want to lose weight (which I really don't think bạn need to) then trying eating trái cây and exercising regularly.

Try making time for exercise an giờ each day, start off with easy stuff then maybe start doing thêm challenging exersices. Fruits and veggies for snacks always! >.<
I too am trying to lose a bit of belly fat and one of the things i have changed in my diet is switching out Sô cô la and potato chip snacks for apples and đậu phụng, đậu phộng bơ hoặc sometimes i just eat like a bowl of strawberries o.o
Also stay away from soda ~

Firstly, you're young, bạn have the advantage of having a faster metabolism than those 10+ years older than bạn and in the same boat.

NO to surgery. bạn do realise that if bạn don't correct eating/exercise habits that bạn will gain the weight back after surgery.

Do it the natural way. Eat 5 SMALL meals a day. At least 30min exercise a day. And if bạn feel hungry, just drink water and chew gum. It helps :P

When I say colorful, i mean have a lot of different màu sắc on your plate. Not just brown/tan màu sắc on your plate, have purple, red, green, brown, and trái cam, màu da cam on your plate!
