That's hard to answer, though it seems simple just to say "ignore it". I've never actually thought of killing myself, so I know less to give Lời khuyên of this situation.

But I did had suicidal thought but in a different way like "what would happen if I killed myself?" "what would my family and Những người bạn do after I'd suicide?". These weren't actuall tensions to end my life, just ngẫu nhiên thoughts.
