help me plz with my ipad !!

ok when iopen fanpop sign in in my ipad iwant to open my thông tin các nhân iwrite my tên người dùng and mật khẩu correctly but its say NOW SIGNING IN AS SHIRAZ97 AND stop ????!!! idont know why ! is there a app for fanpop !! hoặc is just my ipad has wrong with it !!
