Name's don't really change at all in different languages.
Mine's just Bethany.
Now it's probably pronounced different in Spanish hoặc French hoặc whatever, but it's not a different name.

My name is Spanish in origin, so it's the same.
It's pretty much the same in every language. The one thing that would only change is pronunciation.
