PLEASE HELP!!

Yesterday, my mum wanted to borrow my laptop because she wanted to tìm kiếm something and when she'd finished, I found a strange blue line above the screen that I can't get rid of! It includes my trang chủ page link on it, a feeds button, mail link, print link, safety link, tools link, help link, blog link (wth), AVG link and a Skype link. Ever since I got it my laptop seems to be going a bit slower.
