i think a good color for the áo khoác would be blue... not a very light one nor a very dark one...

Your proportions are fairly correct and everything is very close to being in the proper place. However, a few parts of the drawing are a bit off. She doesn't appear to have an eyelid, for instance, a minor but very important detail, and she's a bit vượt qua, cross eyed. I also suggest that bạn put in some thêm detail to the hair, like thêm gaps and dollops sticking out here and there. And when bạn start colouring her in, I suggest that bạn try shading using darker and lighter tones, too. It's a very good drawing overall, though.
