What would happen if a vampire made a pregnant woman into a vampire ?

I assume the baby would die, unless the infection gets into the plascenta. In that case, the baby would either be trapped forever, hoặc it would find some way out. If it's Nữ hoàng băng giá in time, it's probably best for it to be trapped forever.
