The fastest way to lose weight is starvation, which I DON'T recomment at all. I know people that starved themselves and almost got to the hospital and now they have the same weight as before. ok dont starv ur self heck no not the answer. the key is portion controle and carteio. u dont have to tstop eating just watch how much u eat. and make shir ur running hoặc jump roping hoặc whatever were ur constantly moving for at least an giờ a day

Don't starve yourself. Eat three square meals a day, and don't snack in between them. Go for a long walk every day. Eat breakfast (preferably cereal)because it jumstarts your metabolism. If bạn want to snack, eat fruit. Vegetables are good too. Don't drink soda hoặc milk. And don't ear meat. Remember that losing weight should be about being healthy, not thin. Alot of thin people may look healthy on the outside but are real wrecks on the inside.
