How do bạn get those " moving biểu tượng " thingies?
And put them on fanpop as your user icon?? Please help me!!!!!!!

fanpop doesn't use gifs,the only two times it did were because of a glitch,fanpop didn't intend to make us have gif icons.So yeah,you can't have a gif,only if bạn add it to an image gallery on a club(From what I've seen)..
