How should I take my anger out?

I feel so angry. Felt this way for about 6 months hoặc more.
I'v tried every thing except punching people.
But xin chào actions speak louder than words so tiếp theo time i see someone i hate they're gonna get their đít, mông, ass kicked.
But meanwhile how could i take my anger out?

i run a lot to keep fit... that helps i guess. but when i stop, after about 5 min i feel the same.
