Can any one explain why this happened?

So I was just sitting there and It started to feel like the walls were closing in and when I went to the bathroom I was afraid of the sink and when I got back I sat down and it felt like I couldn't get up but it ended after the spelling test (which I did not like touching my pencil to) so wtf happened?
