<3 advice?

so me and my boyfriend went out for a month, broke up, then a tháng later (last night) we got back together cuz we still had feelings for each other. this morning i đã đưa ý kiến good morning, we talked, then he đã đưa ý kiến 'im sorry but i just dont feel like dating anyone i need to focus on my grades not on girls im really sorry' it was sweet for him to say that, ik he needs to focus on his grades, but that doesnt mean we still cant be together, right? i đã đưa ý kiến its alright im fine to him he đã đưa ý kiến thanks and then we stopped talking. i was fine for five phút then i broke down and cried again cause i started loving him again after we went out again and he wants to focus on grades now!! idk whats happening i thought i could handle it well but i cant! help? should i keep loving him? hoặc just leave him be and di chuyển on? i dont want to beg him back cuz that seems desperate! please help! -</3?
