can some one tell me what i can do to get out my anger. so far i have punched a tường and that made me brake my hand so i need something else to do

something that always helps me (and it might sound pretty lame) is write what happened and how your feeling out hoặc talk to a friend but if bạn don't think bạn can talk then definitly write it out at least your venting and getting it all out and then if bạn still fill angry bạn can rip up the paper and try punching a cái gối, gối hoặc screaming into a cái gối, gối and take some really big breaths and put everything into prespective think about these các câu hỏi ?? - is whatever i'm angry/upset about still going to affect me tommrow? -in a week? -in a month? - in a few years? if bạn answere no to any of these các câu hỏi then is it really worth being upset over?

Personally for me, I write when I'm angry. Take a clean sheet of paper and jot down all of your feelings you're experiencing at the moment. Then bạn just rip it up, as aggressively as bạn feel like. Another thing I do is sing (It doesn't matter if you're a good singer hoặc not. This is just to help you.). Sing an emotional song and let your emotions fly freely. I hope these work!
