When you're sad hoặc upset you....?

I litterally just blast my âm nhạc to forget about it for awhile. If that doesn't work, I hang out with Những người bạn hoặc ppl that make me laugh to cheer me up.
So basically (as simple as I'm going to put it) bạn should hang out with other ppl bạn care about hoặc do something bạn tình yêu and clear your head a lil bit until it's time to forgive hoặc confront the person you're upset/mad at.

The song depends how upset I am.

I listen to Oingo Boingo hoặc Danny Elfman's film scores. Pretty much the only thing that makes me feel better.

If the feelings are very strong, I write a story about it, but greatly exaggerated so my situation seems less severe.

if it's not too bad, i'll listen to a playlist i compiled of very special songs at max volume with my eyes closed. here are a few songs, but they might not work for bạn as they to do me.
