i need your help this is urgent!

ok so my dog is old about like 5 hoặc 6 hoặc 7 and she has been limping recently. its her front left leg. i was feeling and on the right bạn can feel the muscles but halfway down on the left bạn feel a lump. im really scared what is this? we are going to a vet tiếp theo Friday cuz we dont have money now and im afraid it might be serious. what if she has to be put down... i cant chịu, gấu with it i tình yêu her so much!
