This is a fail but...

There is a người hâm mộ button of everything bạn want to người hâm mộ bởi them,like this club XDD.

What do bạn mean bởi "items"?
If bạn mean like các bài viết and stuff like that then at the beginning of the bài viết there is a cute little button that says "fan of it"? and then bạn click it and POOF your a người hâm mộ of that particular article.

For example, say bạn wanted to người hâm mộ an article:

There is a resonably large, green button, usually at the hàng đầu, đầu trang right of the item, that has the word "Fan" on it, just click that and BAM. You're a fan.

Click the button bởi the item that says "Fan of it".
Then it will automatically add to your ratings badge on your profile.

Ok. Say bạn want to 'become a fan' of an image.
Under the image, To the right. Is a green button that says 'fan of it?' [Under that it should say 'save' and 'share' and views]
