How do bạn say,"Dude,you're my BEST friend!" in French?

this is what i got from the Google translator...but bạn cant always trust online translators;

dude vous êtes mon meilleur ami!

It's "Mec, tu es mon meilleur pote!"

"vous" is ok but it's when bạn don't really know the person so bạn should say "tu"

TeamSongz4eva is right...I'm taking french and I learned that 'vous êtes' means 'you are' hoặc bạn can say "Dude, tu es mon meilleur ami!", depending on who bạn are talking to.
