Introduce yourself to the people bạn want to make Những người bạn with and let them get to know you. Then, let them tell bạn about themselves for a while. I'm pretty sure bởi then, bạn will make lots and lots of friends. :)
And also- be yourself and be honest to the people as well. If bạn don't, then they will think something is wrong with bạn and they will not be your friend anymore.
