R there any Celez on fanpop?

There are NO người nổi tiếng on Fanpop. I'm almost certain of that.
(Not even Justin bieber hoặc taylor Swift)

If a celebrity were to tham gia Fanpop, they would link it to their OFFICIAL website (not just some ngẫu nhiên blog hoặc unofficial người hâm mộ site) and their Facebook, MySpace and Twitter account if they do the social network thing, for publicity purposes. If they don't tham gia social networks, they wouldn't tham gia fanpop either.

Honestly, fanpop isn't as well known as the others.

Not too sure, we get alot of 'posers' here, and anyway if there are người nổi tiếng on here, surely even they would create creative user names? No one really knows.There could be some celebrity's on here that just keep to themselves, hoặc maybe they are all a bunch of posers that I hope they know that what they are doing is illegal (identity theft).
