I basically threw Norse Mythology and Midieval culture in a blender with my own imagination, so excuse any inconsistencies from either side.

PLOT: 10,000 years ago, the world was erased from existence. The titans, revived and led by the traitorous god Loki, ravaged both Midguard and Asgard, decimating the human population, and managing to kill many of the gods as well before Loki's eventual death by the hands of Thor and Odin. On top of the earth destroying war between the titans and the gods, Loki's sons-Fenrir and Serpent, join in the fight as well, killing both Odin and thor, though they sequentially die themselves.

In the midst of this war, the servant of the demon god Ragnarok, Tälwark, managed to attain all of the required items to summon the great beast(Thor's hammer Mjonir, Odin's Eye and spear, and Loki's staff). Ragnarok, the great terror, began devouring world after world, pushing the entirety of the universe to extinction. However, the remaining Gods managed to draw on the power of the Universal tree Yggdrasil, creating the sealing box Pandora, locking away the demon after it had devoured seven of the nine worlds. However, they were unaware of the consequences that followed drawing on Yggdrasil's power.

In order to seal Ragnarok away, it's power had to be divided into it's seven purest forms so that it's soul was left too weak to break out of Pandora, the seven deadly sins of humanity. These seven forms, since they contained too much power to seal, were imbued(once more with Yggdrasil's power) into the surviving humans, but because of Yggdrasil's curse, humanity was given the burden on reincarnating the seven sins every generation, along with the fallen gods being reincarnated as well. In the present day, the tales of the war, Ragnarok's destruction, and Pandora's curse have been reduced to nothing but myth. However, there is one man, who goes by the name 'Prophet', who is-along with his ten 'disciples'-attempting to find Pandora, and all of the items to ressurect Ragnarok once again, which were scattered across the earth(with the exception of Odin's eye, which was inherited by Odin's reincarnation).

SETTING: A midieval, Knights and Wizards type setting for earth. There are seven large kingdoms, one for each continent on earth. Knights are the equivelant of 'ninja' in Naruto, and while Combat magic is pretty common among Knights, it's usually the responsibility of Mages to use healing/support magic. A Kingdom is ruled by three major figures(thought he king has the final word). The Wizard, who represents the Mage Population, the Paladin, who represents the Knights, and of course, the king that rules the civilian side, and basically everything else. I'll go into more detail later. As Yggrasil's destroyed worlds were rebuilt, the races of those worlds(Elves, Trolls, Leprachauns, fairies, dragons, cyclopses, etc.) returned as well, so other races besided humans and gods exist, just on other worlds.

The story will primarily take place in the kingdom of Baoill(bay-ole), the kingdom of the third continent.

Ike jumped back in surprise, from thin air she created something! He wasn't sure what to think, it basically shattered his understanding about sciences and of course with that his understanding of magic.
"Ho-w, wha-t, you just....... Huh!?!" He looked at her confused, matter cannot simply be made, but she just made that cube thing. Of course he held his own suspicions but with no prove, nor any real sane idea behind them failed to help him.

"Are you sure you are what you say you are? With powers like that, you might be a Goddess." He was unsure of what to say or do, but he couldn't really do anything out in the open right now, he'd have to wait till later to question her more.
After regaining himself he continued on trying to think of only getting fish, he can't freak out about this now. She really is something not from this world.

Anim giggled at him calling her a Goddess
"Anim can gar-?.... uhm... 'Gartee'? Ike that Anim isn't a Ekrah, a Goddess"
Anim wanted to remind him that she was just an elf, but the other humans might overhear, she looked at the strange amount of fish
"the Fish of this land are alot smaller than in mine"

the fish shop owner, hearing this, wondered where the oddly-green haired lady comes from
"where ya' from then lass? yer accent ain't one o' any i've heard before, and yer seemin' ta' speak a strange tongue"

Anim didn't really know how to respond, so she looked to Ike, hoping he would know, the main reason she couldn't respond, was because she had no idea what the person was saying with their sailor accent
hơn một năm qua killer24 said…
He nodded his head, accepting the fact she's not a Goddess but an Elf instead, though even that is still hard to believe. He laughed when she looked at him confused.
"She's from the deep south, it's her first time being up this far North and in the capital. She has trouble with thick accents." He shook his head chuckling and brought some fish.
He then turned back to her. "We'll have to come back here sometime and share stories of the different kinds of fish there is down South." He smiled at her before they left.

Anim followed Ike
"Fish from Anim's world are smoothe, sticky and some scaley, with spikes too, Elven largest animal occasionally goes into the sea, but it spends most of it's time flying, Fahliil Su veys- Elven Airships must carefully fly around, or above Lok Okaaron, uhm.... Lok is sky, but Okaaron Anim can't find English word for, Okaaron is large creature, very large, about size of building"

Anim pointed towards a building about the size of a regular whale.

"Anim wonders, what did the Mun before ask Anim?"
hơn một năm qua killer24 said…
Ike listen to her trying to imagine the things she was saying, different kinds of fish and this giant thing. He wasn't afraid of fish or the water, but a giant thing that even the Elves fly around made him both nervous and glad it wasn't here.
"He was asking where you came from, he said that your accent wasn't from around here. He was the first too comment probably because he himself had a different style of speech, letting him tell the difference in our accents." Thankfully the man and bought the story about her being from the South, it wasn't that close a call, Ike could think of a few more excuses or lies to get past it anyway.

"Don't worry about it, it's not sufficient evidence for anyone to suspect you of being not from this world. Besides we got some fish, so trying them should be something to look forward to."
hơn một năm qua BanetteGhosneir said…
"Anim's way of speech isn't a concern? that is calming to hear, but Anim fears that Anim's eyes or ears might be.
Anim noticed Mun's have white eyes, with blue or dull green or brown or various mixes inbetween eye colours, whilst Anim's are Ved.... uhm.... dark? the colour dark? with brighter green
"

Anim, holding her ears underneath her hair whilst talking so, her actual hair colour wouldn't matter, since Ika had a cyan-like hair colour, and some human walking around had red or purple, but she couldn't find someone with green.

"Ike know some of Anim, but Anim not know much of Ike, Anim wants to ask Ike, what is Ike's story?"

she asked this, whilst putting the cube from before inbetween her 2 hands, a light little glow, and when she pulled her hands apart, link, and a coin in her left hand

Ike paused for a moment, he hadn't really checked to see if her eyes were different, he just assumed they might be close to humans. He decided to step closer to focus on looking at her eyes, it was true what she said. She had dark sclera with bright green pupil/iris, he had never seen anything like it before. They gave of an ominous feeling with the dark but remain gentle with the green.
"Wow, I hadn't really looked in detail before. They're beautiful and exotic, you certainly are interesting." He was amazed, even his own purple iris couldn't compare to hers.

"Don't worry about your eyes, though people will be curious. It's not uncommon for magic to change them along with the colour of ones hair. However your ears are a different story, it's rare for magic to have a major impact on the body like that in my world unless it happened at birth, I just assumed it would have been easier to hide them rather than get glances and questions."
He was destracted to hear her ask about his story, though a part of him had wondered when the question would pop up. It was difficult explaining basic things, he wasn't sure how to speak about humans in general.
hơn một năm qua BanetteGhosneir said…
Anim was interested in magic changing people
"what kinds of Magics change people? Fahliil magic can do it to a certain degree, but is easily undoable... un-do-able? able to be undone? is Anim saying this correctly?"

Anim noticed that before when Ike had complimented her eyes, she felt what a Mun Book described as 'pride', a feeling of joy or happiness from achieving or having something. she felt joy that her eyes were exotic, so this counted as 'pride'.

"Mun's language has so much more words" she thought aloud to herself.

"Well there are types of illusion spells, but that's not what I meant. If you want to know illusion magic it's not hard to learn, just mastering the art takes time and practic." He laughed at her getting confused, it's true that learning a new language is difficult, but she could grasp it quickly.

"When one uses magic a lot, or use certain spells the human body changes. Humans are fragile creatures you see, over time magic changes us. It starts with simple things like eye colour, but gets more drastic later changing hair." He smiled before up at his hair and blew at his fringe. "Because humans are so fragile, magic is like a poison corrupting a person, the changing is like a form of symptoms."
hơn một năm qua BanetteGhosneir said…
"Magic is poison?, Anim read poison is loniiz... uhm... Toxic? but Magic isn't poison to Fahliil, Fahliil without Lu become govegein, uuuu... Outcasts? and slowly die half of average Fahliil life, Anim has no worry, Anim Mana is large, when Anim holds tholaar, Artifacts, Tholaar break from Anim mana, too much for tholaar"

Anim looked at Ike's hair, studying it cloesly, it certainly had magic essence from an Elf's eyes, Anim could see the essence flowing throughout it, she looked at his eyes too, Magic essence in his eyes aswell, then she looked around the town, but there was almost no magic essence flowing throughout town.

"Mun's world feels... empty? but full at the same time"
hơn một năm qua killer24 said…
"Magic isn't deadly to Elves, but you aren't like humans. From what you have told me, your world is filed with magic, your kind was born with it. Humans aren't like that." He shrugged and looked around.
"Because the world isn't filled with magic like yours, humans aren't magical. However we've learnt to use magic kinda like imbuing it in our own body, doesn't go well with our bodies though." He looked down at one of his hands.

"Anyway, we should hurry and cook the fish before it goes bad."
hơn một năm qua BanetteGhosneir said…
Anim nodded
"yes, Anim wants to see cooking done by Muns, where does Ike live? Anim lived in Forest in trees, no home though, just on branches"

Anim rubbed the bandages on her arms.

He looked around to workout where he was in the city, before pointing to a out of place looking building. It was fairly big and compared to others near it was certainly unique with it being taller and less colourful.
"Over there, it's a magical building where many mages live. Though it looks big on the outside, it's got nothing on the inside." He took out a key and showed her, it looked like a simple small iron key. "Everyone who lives there has their own key, when used to open a door within the building it connects to their room." He continued to the building until they reached the front door.

"Well as long as you're here, this can be your home if you wish. I'm not sure how it'll do against branches, but it's warm and it doesn't leak from the rain." After that he opened the door to a wide common room area, with few people going about their business.
hơn một năm qua BanetteGhosneir said…
when Ike pointed to the building, Anim wasn't sure what he meant by 'has nothing inside'
to Anim's Elf eyes, she somehow saw through this particular building, and many apon many squares of pure magical essence was floating around inside it, with trails of other magical essence leading off somewhere.
Anim looked into the room carefully, she would need to be careful, her magic might overload anything in here that uses magic, she carefully took a step inside, moving her hair to hide her ears again, once Anim stepped inside, she noticed that her Green magical essence already begun to flow around and mix with the regular blue essence, she didn't know if humans would be able to feel the difference.

"Ike, does Ike see Anim's essence?"
she asked, turning to look at Ike, and ready to follow again.
"Anim's essence is mixing around here, can Mun's feel magic essence?"
she was kinda mispronouncing essence, but it was enough to understand she meant essence.
hơn một năm qua killer24 said…
He look at her confused for a moment, then decided to look around for himself. Humans couldn't see magic in the air, at least not naturally, but, there were spectacles that did allow them to glimpse at strong magic surrounding people.
He then felt something was out of place, he couldn't tell what though. It was as if the magic in the room was suffocating, sure he wasn't chocking but it did feel overwhelming.

"We should hurry into a room, whatever is happening with the magic can be felt, though it might be because I'm near you." He wasn't sure if he was right, nor to why he could feel it now after being with her for so long. Perhaps it was the fact this building mostly consisted of magic, it was after all the biggest magical thing in the world, and proudest joy of all magicians. A building that was basically one room with doors that when a certain key is used can create a separate room that doesn't take any space and can even be located in the same physical location in the building.

"I'm sure that it's fine, not to worry. Let's cook the fish." Whether it was pride or his nerves he wasn't going to admit that something could be wrong, though this was just a feeling.
hơn một năm qua BanetteGhosneir said…
((i'd be very worried about those spectacles around Anim :O))

Anim nodded in agreement.

though she could already tell that some of the humans here didn't know how their 'rooms' worked, Anim's elf eyes let her see, she looked at Ike's key, it had it's own unique magical 'code' of sorts, which responded to one of the cubes Anim could see floating around, insert key and the door is a weaker version of what anim used to get to this world, leading into the room, the room was it's own pocket dimension with it's conversion of size from real world to it's world.

"Does Ike know how the rooms work? Anim has already figured out, Fahliil never did what Muns have dun, it's a-maz-ng, amaz-ng?.... smart."

"How they work? Of course, it's sounds complex but it's somewhat simple." He walked over to a door and inserted his key, with a turn the key-hole glowed brightly before dying down making an unlocking sound. "Simply put it's like.....hmm, I'm not really sure how to explain it easily." Ike shrugged and opened the door showing a room on the other side.
The room wasn't massive but it wasn't too small either, from just looking through the door you could see three other doors in the room, a few bookcases almost filled on the back wall, and a big window letting the fading sun light it. It wasn't the whole room, just what you could see through the doorway and down a little hall.

"It's not too fancy, but it gets the job done. Welcome to my home, I'll give you the tour." He laughed and motioned for her to enter.
hơn một năm qua BanetteGhosneir said…
Anim goes in.
"Anim knows how Ike key and room Work, Anim's eyes let Anim learn how, when Anim gets better at Mun Language, Anim could open Ike's room with no key, if Anim remembered Ike Key magic make"
i have no idea any of that made sense to Ike, Anim must be a bit strange.

she looked around the room, it was a pretty normal home for a human, but for Anim this place was entirely furnished, she quickly moved over to the Bookshelf, and begun looking at the books names for anything that looked interesting, or something she didn't learn from the library
hơn một năm qua killer24 said…
"Well don't worry about that, you're always welcome here." He watched her slip over to the books, he didn't have as many as a library but his books were about magic which wasn't allowed in common libraries.

"Find anything interesting?" after he closed the door behind him and walked into a small kitchen with a small window between the two rooms. He was getting ready to cook the fish, though he was a little unsure how he'd go about that, but he was sure he had a little cook book in the kitchen somewhere.
hơn một năm qua BanetteGhosneir said…
Anim looked through the shelves, top down, and indeed found something interesting, a small book, looking like Ike never touched it. Anim pulled it out.

it was a book on legends and fairy tales, like elves.
"ancient legends and Ta-les?"

Anim mispronounced tale, making a Talies sound instead.
opening the small book, there was sketches of various mythological creatures, unicorns, demons, the gods, elves, dwarves. Anim recognised Elves and Dwarves.

"Muns have seen Fahliil and Dilfahliil?"
she asked, looking to the door, where she thought Ike was, then looking around the room to find him behind a window... on the inside?
it confused her a little, but she decided to ask about it later, moving closer to him to show him the pictures of Elves, and on the next page, Dwarves.
hơn một năm qua killer24 said…
"Huh? Oh you found that book. Well I'm not certain for sure, but humans believe Elves and Dwarves to be fantasy....er....imaginary." He looked at the book, one he'd not seen in a very long time, since he was a child. Now that he remembered it was on of his favourite books, and one of the only ones he had from his childhood.

"So how close did the illustrator get to real Elves, not to be rude but you're not what I had imagined Elves to look like." He shrugged apologetically before continuing to look through some draws and cupboards.
hơn một năm qua BanetteGhosneir said…
Anim looked at the picture of the elf, it wasn't in anyway similar to Anim, but then again, Anim was not a regular elf.
"Mun picture of Fahliil is close, Fahliil hair is longer, some going beyond knees, other Fahliil have longer ears, luckily Anim does't. picture has no colour, but Fahliil skin is very pale."
Anim noticed something, the illustrator of the image... was Shido, the author of the journal Anim has.

Anim pulled the journal out from a pocket dimension she literally uses as a pocket, and checked the spelling of the name.

"Ike, Mun legend book, the drawing is by Shido"
hơn một năm qua killer24 said…
"You Elves certainly are different from humans, long hair, ears, and hieght." He laughed, he could try and imagine what they looked like from her description this just made him even more curious to why she's so different.

"Shido? Wasn't that the person you asked me about when he first started talking?" He looked back at her, he had found the book he was looking for and was flicking through the pages to find the fish section. But it wasn't that big a surprise that this guy had something to do with Elves in his world, after all if Anim had heard of him he must have known how to get there so he must have been a huge fan.
hơn một năm qua BanetteGhosneir said…
Anim looked throughout the whole book, trying to find any more information on this, 'Shido'.
then she saw Ike's cooking book.
"Does Mun Yahnol book have magics?"

she asked, having to wait a bit before she realised she forgot to translate
"Yahnol means Cook, or closest word in Mun"
hơn một năm qua killer24 said…
"A cook book have magic? No not this one, but there are ones that use magic in the cooking process." He was sure that some of the basic things to cook including fish might have some things he could switch out for magic to speed up the cooking.

"You want to have a look through it? Got many different food recipe's in, perhaps a picture or two showing you what the dish looks like." He offered he the book, he had already found what he was looking for but could look again later.
He was taking some mental notes on her translations, but that isn't enough to know how to speak in her tongue.
hơn một năm qua BanetteGhosneir said…
Anim wants to look, but she was thinking of how the fish would taste first.
"Ike should first make fish dish, then Anim can look! Anim could make Fahliil food, but no Fahliil animals to cook here"

Anim walked back to the shelf, putting the fairy tale book back, she then went over to a couch to inspect it, kneeling down to it and looking like she's trying to take it apart with her mind.
hơn một năm qua killer24 said…
(Can I not talk about how he makes the fish in detail, I have no Idea how to cook so I'd rather not fail spectacularly.)

Ike laughed "Okay then I'll start making it." He shook his head and went back to getting the fish, he wasn't a hundred percent sure how to cook but with the book he couldn't fail even if he used magic to speed up the process.

"This could ever go right, or very wrong." He muttered to himself before he started cooking the fish.
hơn một năm qua BanetteGhosneir said…
((that's fine, but don't mind if i do it, BTW, i'm just gunna make it that he's cooking it with a pan and spachal))

Anim, once realising she should probably ask permission before actually attempting to actually take apart the furniture, looked towards where the smell was coming from, Ike was indeed cooking the animal he had bought before, Anim stood up, went over to look, and noticed he was cooking it over a fire, but without magic, instead a regular non-magic flame. she then noticed, the flame was orange.
"Mun flames are strange colour"

she poked the fire underneath the pan Ike was using to cook, then quickly jerked away.
"aah! it's cold!"
she yelled, waving her finger up and down, on her finger there was a bit of green ice on the bit she had put into the fire.

(Cooking it's like chemistry but it doesn't explode just sets things on fire hahaha.)

He was confused that she thought that the fire was cold he almost burnt the fish. "What do you mean it's cold? Fire is hot, burning." He set pan down and looked at her finger confused, there was ice on her finger for sure albeit green. He was curious, he was sure the fire was hot it was cooking the fish and it didn't seem faulty or magically messed with. To test it he also tried to touch the fire seeing if it will burn or freeze him. "It's normal fire, I wouldn't have thought that Elf physiology was 'that' different from humans."
hơn một năm qua BanetteGhosneir said…
Anim quickly held her finger with her other hand, covering the green ice, then a small white flame came out of her hand, melting the ice, then the flame dispersed.
"Anim's body is full magic, maybe that why?"
she pondered, her finger was red from the ice
"Anim's finger is red? and it stings? this is new to Anim"
she stared intently at her finger, sort of ignoring the pain, wondering what this new development was.
hơn một năm qua killer24 said…
He retracted his hand from the fire, it was hot and thankfully only stung him rather than burnt. "It's probably just incredibly cold. Let me take a look." He'd get back to the fish in one moment, it was close to being finished anyway. He took her hand and looked at her finger, he was right it was very cold, it had been so to create ice.
Ike shook his head and got out a small cup filling it with warm water, then got a small piece of cloth. "Place your finger in here, it'll warm it back up. Then you can wrap this cloth around it after to help." Sure he knew she was curious about things but this is borderline child like fascination, surely she'd have known better than not to touch fire, right?
hơn một năm qua BanetteGhosneir said…
Anim did as she was told, placing her finger in the warm water, it felt weird to her, the water begun to sparkle when she put her finger in, but other than that, nothing.
"Ike, Anim wondered, how age is Ike? Anim read human age, humans normal live for 80 years, Anim tried to convert Mun time to Fahliil time, so Anim is 21 in Mun age, how age is Ike?"
she asked, whilst looking closely at the now-sparkling water
hơn một năm qua killer24 said…
His age? She did ask random questions, though it did make him wonder if her world had a different time. Time in his world was focused around the Sun, does her world's days last longer? Are the faster?
"My age? Your certainly do ask random questions. But if I was to think about it...." He trailed off. His age wasn't that important to him, he couldn't remember his real birthday so when he was little his Master (Teacher) gave him one. "I think I'd be around 19 years old, though not for long if I'm remembering right."

Ike went back to the fish and finally finished, it might not have been the best this world could offer a visitor but it shouldn't be bad either. "First you want to know more about me, now my age. I'm sorry I haven't got a book for all that." He joked, though he had to understand why she wanted to know, after all he wanted to know about her world just as much.
"The fish is done, any questions will have to wait till after."
hơn một năm qua BanetteGhosneir said…
Anim nodded, pulling her finger out of the water, the water stopped sparkling. she went over to look at the fish.
it smelled different, Anim wondered if she would be able to eat human fish raw.
"Ike is an 'adalt' in Mun time, that means Anim is an adalt in mun time too"
she stated, looking carefully at the fish.
hơn một năm qua killer24 said…
"Yes, you'd be classed as an adult." He wondered whether or not she'd be able to eat this, she said she should be able, but he doesn't know anything about Elves if she got sick.
He shook his head, then handed her a plate. "Let's sit down and eat for now, then you'll be able to see if you like it."
hơn một năm qua BanetteGhosneir said…
Anim was confused on why she had to sit, but she did anyway, she sat down on the spot on the floor. then she noticed Ike moved over to a table with 4 seats, that's probably where he meant, she stood back up, and sat down next to Ike, and put the plate with fish down, then she put her hands on her lap, the fish began to float, and she took a bite out of it.

after a few moment of chewing.
"Mun Fish taste great! or maybe Ike is a great cooking? or both! this is 'delishus' Ike, Thank you."
she continued to eat the floating fish.
hơn một năm qua killer24 said…
He watched her in surprise at first before shaking his head, staring was rude, even if she was eating very strangely. "You have, very interesting eating habits." With that said he began eating his own fish. He was glad that she liked it, it wasn't half bad either.
He wondered what she'd like to try next, though it would have to be tomorrow after doing the gate and walking around town it was getting late, not many shops would be open to sell their ingredients too late.

"I'm glad it's good, and that you enjoy it."
hơn một năm qua BanetteGhosneir said…
she noticed Ike used a mini four pronged trident, and a knife to eat his fish.
"Anim thinks Ike has very strange eatings habits, Elves eat whilst standing, and float food to eat, this way no crumbs or mess, though some can't float food just yet, so they use a wind wand"

Anim wondered for a moment, perhaps she could try to make some food from her world, it wouldn't be hard with creation magic and her fire magic, though she wondered if humans could eat magical things
"can Muns eat Magic things?"
hơn một năm qua killer24 said…
He laughed, to each other they both had very different ways of eating. "Humans don't eat like that, not all can use magic and then some can't do wind manipulation if they could use magic." He shrugged at her, it certainly was a weird way to eat but Elves were certainly weird.

He thought for a moment, he wasn't aware the magical food even existed. "I'm not sure, I doubt it though. Like I said magic is poisons to humans, I can only imagine what ingesting it could do." He laughed then sighed, he didn't think of that. If he had somehow travelled to her world would he have even survived? Her world was full of magic, to a human it could be like living under the sea.
hơn một năm qua BanetteGhosneir said…
"Magic is Poison... do Muns have Healing Magic?"
Anim herself can't cast Healing Magic without the use of artifacts, but as usual the Artifact would shatter from her excessively large mana pool, meaning she could only use one artifact per person, which also means, she doesn't use them at all.

"Anim can't cast Healing Magic"
she spoke in between eating and swallowing fish.
hơn một năm qua killer24 said…
"Yeah, healing is mostly done through other means, but we still know healing magic." He looked at her, why did she ask him al of a sudden? Did she think she was going to be in trouble soon? Ike decided to shrug it off for now, if it was anything major he'd find out soon enough.

"You can't use healing magic? But I thought you said you are super magical or something, I'd have thought it was basic level.....Perhaps not." That gave him more questions, other than the gate spell were there any spells that are like each other in the different worlds? Perhaps in effect, but baseline he doubted it.
hơn một năm qua BanetteGhosneir said…
"Anim was wondering, if Magic is Poison to Muns, is Healing Magic not? and if so, why is Healing Magic not?"
she asked, tilting her head, she ate some more, then swallowed, then spoke again.

"Anim has vozah Magic... uhm... limiless? not small amounts? Anim has big magic pool, more than old magic items can handle, but that not means Anim can cast everything, Anim can cast without speak nor mediums like wands or staffs, but Anim cannot cast some magics, Healing, Soul fix magic, nor can Anim summon animals-no-illusions. Anim's power scare them. Anim can not even help Muns, otherwise Anim might hurt, or kill muns"

she put her hand in the air infront of her, and with the tiniest movement of her finger, magic imbued her hand, seemingly overflowing with magic, but she stopped it, and put her hand back.

"that why other Fahliil not like Anim, Anim breaks without meaning to, Magic Items and homes 'ov-e-load' when anim use magic carelessly. but Mun world is better! Anim can control magic better, and Muns don't hate Anim!"

she had a sincere smile on her face, as she finished the last of the human world fish.

"nox hi"
Anim said.
"it mean, Thank you."
she replied, standing up and tilting her head in a short bow to Ike.

He thought for a moment, she had a point if magic was a poison to humans, yet healing magic wasn't? He never looked at it that way, perhaps it was some kind of trade-off? "I'm not sure really, it's not my field of expertises. It might be a trade-off of some kind, I have to admit I'm not all to sure."

Ike wasn't surprised when she said she was really powerful or very magical, though it was sad that she was treated so differently. "Sounds like you've had it pretty rough in your world. As long as you don't do anything major there shouldn't be a problem with you being in this world." He laughed, in her own way she was kind of child-like, new and inexperienced in this world. Though he had to admit, if she was too powerful there might be some complications later on, if she's either found out or if she uses her power at the wrong time.

"No problem, I'm always happy to help people learn new things. But don't worry, nothing is going to go wrong." He wasn't sure what she was doing, but if it might be a part of her worlds culture he shouldn't question it.

Anim sat back down.

"If Anim converted Mun time to Fahliil time, Anim is a Kiir, a Child, Ike too."

Anim sat in silence for a few moments, looking around at the room.

"Can Ike tell Anim of Mun world? Mun history, like the Mun City Anim is inside, why does Muns have king, instead of 'f-fore' masters? why does Muns have Knights and Kro, uhm.... 'wizz-hards'?"

He laughed a little, he'd be a child in her world huh? They do have a very different concept of age, what if they life forever like the old stories? "I'd be a child huh? That certainly sounds different from here, you have a very funny world though I'm sure you'd say the same for mine."

Ike thought for a moment, it would be difficult to answer her without his own opinions in the way, but any information would still be okay. "Well It's a very long story, you're asking me to explain everything about human culture. I'm good, but I'm not that good to be able to explain so much for you." He sat back and looked out the window that was open, to talk about history is one thing but going into too much detail could give anyone a headache with that information dumped on them.
"Well a King is the highest of authority in a Kingdom, which is basically a King's-Domain....Kingdom. A King is meant to serve his people, though not through silly tasks like actually helping them, but by changing the world around them.....figuratively of course." He wasn't a fan of the King nor his Knights, conflicting ideals and all that.

"King serves lower in authority to him? that strange, how does King change world? is King high is magic power?"
Anim questioned, she had a sort of gleeful look as she learned verbally, instead of her usual Elven stone tablets.

"No the King isn't any different from me or anyone else, it's what he does that can change the world." It was a difficult thing to explain to someone who might not know what a king actually does, but he had to continue the look on her face now would make him feel guilty for stopping simply because it was a tad confusing to understand.
"Think of the land a King oversees, everyone and thing within the boarder is under the protection, guidance, and rule of the King. In simple terms a King is someone who solves problems normal people can't, he gathers people like Knights, mages, and more to solve this problem to help the people."

Ike let out a small dry laugh, that was what a should be, but most of the times it's different, they either serve themselves or the Nobles besides them. But he couldn't let her know, for now it would be easier to teach her of the world without evil, and when she's ready tell her about the sins every human bare.
He smiled at her not wanting her to notice him get lost in thought. "There is another person, who is always at the Kings side, some would even say King's are only truly Kings when this person is there."

Anim noticed Ike seemed... sad? no, that wasn't the right word..... she couldn't find the right word.
"only King when they there? is person the symbol for king-ship?"
Anim was wondering who they were, advisor? servant? bodyguard?
hơn một năm qua killer24 said…
"You're close with the advisor, but it's a little more complex. A King will always be a King once crowned, unless dethroned or they die, but the way Monarchy works is to have the King's bloodline continue to rule throughout the generations." He paused, would she understand how that's possible? It could lead to her having more questions than answers, perhaps he should just move on quickly.

"Er..... They just find a very close 'friend' to help them is all, sometimes people have big celebrations when they become friends." He sighed in relief at rounding that up. It was true about what he said, but every King needs a Queen after all who would stop them from doing stupid things, like a support in case of the worse, though it doesn't always work.

"continue by bloodline yet the kingship person is a 'friend'? Muns make no sense, if the Fahliil did the same, top Authority by Bloodline, it pass to child... but Muns think 'friend' are bloodline?... Mun book said 'friend' is person of same feelings, is Anim and Ike 'friend'? is Ike king because of Anim?"

she questioned, humans certainly left alot of details out compared to stone Tablets, but Anim liked to enquiry, since the Tablets made it you'd never need to, all the info was already in your head.
