I remember visiting this website once...
It was called 10 Wild "Pretty Little Liars" Theories About Who Charles Is
Here's some stuff I remembered seeing:

left until the show takes its midseason break, and as ABC Family has been advertising for the last several weeks, the identity of Charles will finally be revealed. In the meantime,
fans have been cooking up all kinds of theories about who\'s behind that unnecessarily terrifying mask, with ideas ranging from the "yeah, could be" to the "LOL, no." Below, an exploration of 10 semi-believable theories about who has really been torturing the Liars for all these years.
Arguably the most popular and believable theory, this one gained a lot of traction after someone claiming to be a fired production assistant on the show did a Reddit AMA and said this was the answer to the mystery.
Alleged evidence: Tumblr user PierceTheGlambert lays it out in a lot of detail here, but the main point against the good (possibly) British doctor is that he\'s sketchy as hell. It\'s not even clear what kind of doctor he is, given that he appears to be some combination of M.D., psychologist, and psychiatrist.
Maybe not though: After the post blew up, I. Marlene King wrote on Instagram, "No one has been fired. No one has leaked the identity of Charles." ABC Family also released this statement: "All of the info on the site is false. No crew member was fired from PLL and we believe it is just a fan spreading incorrect information to rile up the fan base."
No one is pretending to be Charles, and Charles isn\'t pretending to be anybody else — we\'ve just never met him without a mask before.
Alleged evidence: Sometimes the simplest explanation is the right one, but besides that, not much.
Maybe not though: Both King and executive producer Oliver Goldstick say we have seen Charles\'s face before.
Sometime between going into Radley and coming out of the Dollhouse, Charles transitioned to become Sara.
Alleged evidence: Charles was in Radley for a long time — and here\'s where it gets dicey — for treatment for his gender dysphoria. Mrs. DiLaurentis\'s extra yellow dress (discovered by Ali during last year\'s Christmas episode) was for Charles, who was by that time dressing as a girl.
would introduce a lone transgender character only to make that person the show\'s biggest villain during this particular cultural moment.
Toby has a secret brother who might also be his twin.
Alleged evidence: Toby\'s Radley-committed mom had a lot of skeletons in her closet, and maybe one of them was a hidden child. There\'s also the C. Cavanaugh on this Radley sign-in sheet:
Maybe not though: This one is undermined by Marlene\'s "you\'ve seen him before" proclamation. If they\'re twins, then you have indeed seen his face before because you\'ve seen Toby\'s, but that\'s pushing it. Marlene also says the actor playing Charles doesn\'t know he\'s Charles, but Keegan Allen claims to know who \'A\' is, which rules out the twin theory.
The other baby in the video Spencer sees in the season-five finale is assumed to be Ali, but what if it isn\'t?
Alleged evidence: Mrs. DiLaurentis doesn\'t explicitly name the children, so true conspiracy theorists could make the case that none of those kids are Jason, Ali, or Charles.
Maybe not though: Mrs. DiLaurentis clearly refers to the baby as "your sister" in that video Spencer finds in the season-five finale, so even if that baby isn\'t Ali, it\'s probably not named Charles either.
Spencer\'s one-time Adderall dealer and Aria\'s one-time paramour is somehow connected to this whole mess, but how deep does his involvement go?
Alleged evidence: He kind of looks like Jason, he\'s clearly involved in the \'A\' game, and since he\'s faking being Andrew, he could have easily ended up in the Liars\' high-school class even though he\'s older than Ali.
Maybe not though: Too easy. His involvement with the Dollhouse at the end of season five was way too obvious. To quote Mona: It\'s not gonna be that easy, bitch.
Hanna\'s season-one boyfriend who disappeared after they broke up.
Alleged evidence: He was obsessed with becoming homecoming king, he looks like baby Charles, and his dentist mom (assumed to be adoptive in this scenario) allowed him to swap the dental records so it looked like Ali was in the grave instead of Bethany.
Maybe not though: He never seemed that smart, did he?
This one also involves gender transitioning. Topical!
Alleged evidence: Basically the same as the Sara theory, with the bonus that CeCe is a known sketchball who has repeatedly messed with the Liars. This also explains A\'s obsession with dolls, a traditionally feminine toy that pre-transition Charles was not allowed to play with.
Remember Alex? Spencer dated him in season one for a blissful few weeks of tennis and starcrossed makeouts.
Maybe not though: Alex probably just went to tennis camp.
10. There is no Charles and they have all had too many of Spencer\'s special cookies.
Maybe not though: Even if the entire school were high on weed edibles, at least one kid would have had a Toby-style freakout mid-calculus and blown up the spot for everybody else.
