Don't get me wrong I Pikachu and all but at times he can get annoying and I prefer Togepi

I have to go with Pikachu. After all, he has been there since episode 1, while Togepi was only around for a couple of seasons, and won't be returning. And, in all of the time that Pikachu's been around, he's never once failed to make me smile, whether from doing something like electricuting Ash, wearing one of his little outfits (if only in a fantasy of one of the other characters, taking charge as the leader of the other Pokemon, or just being plain adorable. :)
