I only picked Paul it said because of how rude. However he is my favorite of Ash's rivals.

Paul's always calling Ash pathetic, but he finally got a reality check after Ash beat him in the Silver Conference and saw the error of his ways. Seriously though, before, Paul was nothing but a selfish, snooty, stuck-up jerk. Of course all three of them were but he was just absolutely horrible. To be honest, he's the biggest bully out of all of Ash's rivals, and I've dealt with bullying when I was younger due to me having ADHD and cerebral palsy. Probably why I hate Paul so much is because he was such a bully to Ash. I have no tolerance at all for characters on TV that are big bullies.
