I need help with my connection. ._.

I have my DSi connected with the Internet but my Pokemon Platinum Will not connect at all. I know the procedure, but whenever I hit "Search for an Access Point" it just says: "The access point's security settings are not supported bởi the Nintendo DS. For help, visit sopport.nintendo.com." What the fuck is going on?
