Belly button problem

I recently got my belly button done and I was cleaning it with salt water I have only had it for about a week it's really tender and red at the hàng đầu, đầu trang and when I went to di chuyển the piercing for cleaning it pussed I this normal if not what should I do about it kinda weird haven't really had anything done before so just kinda worried it might be infected all though its not giving off heat again the pushing tenderness and redness is kinda worrying me. PLZ someone help
